When I first downloaded the program a few months ago, I was capable of emulating up to almost 400% of base game speed, and running Camtasia to record gameplay wouldn’t cause the game to slow down. Settings > Frame Throttle > Max Run speed controls Max frame rate. You should be getting more than 100 fps on default setting though. You may need to use a faster core. Bsnes accuracy builds are too slow if you're using them. Also need to turn off hard gpu sync. If nothing works your CPU is probably too slow. Citra is an open-source Nintendo 3DS emulator/debugger written in C++. Citra's features include better visual output, debugging homebrew, and controller support. You may just need to turn on the “frame throttle” menu visibility. Go to settings-> User interface -> menu item visibility -> settings -> toggle on “Show ‘frame throttle’”. Ipega Redknight + citra issue with the B button I looked for this before asking, and it seems that in Citra, the B button on the controller is pre mapped to the back button, so when I am playing a game and I push that button (wich is mapped as the A button on the 3ds), it triggers the menu of the emulator so it makes it un playable.
